Thermostat Controls
Processheat have designed a complementary range of temperature controllers. Ideal for trace heating and other surface heating applications, these thermostatic controls regulate local temperatures, an essential feature for accurate and economic operation of heating systems.
The control thermostats have operational ranges from - 5°C to 200°C and both the surface and air sensing thermostats are housed in robust IP65 weatherproof enclosures.

Ammeter Bypass Test Monitors
The Processheat range of Ammeter Bypass Test Monitors have been specifically designed for the monitoring of constant wattage heating installations, however, the unit can also test whether the heating system is operational, even when the control thermostat is not energised.

Raystat EX 03 - Line Sensing Thermostat
The RAYSTAT-EX-03 electronic line-sensing thermostat provides accurate control for all heating cable types.
The enclosure, electronics, and sensor are approved for use in Division 2 and Zone 1 hazardous locations. The thermostat can be supplied at voltages of either 100-277 Vac 50/60 Hz, and has a double-pole switch rated at 16 A. The switch can be configured to provide a dry contact. Temperature setting is accurate via digital thumb wheel switches inside the enclosure. The thermostat is supplied with a factory installed 6 ft (2 m) stainless-steel RTD.

Raystat EX 04 - Ambient Sensing Thermostat
The enclosure, electronics, and sensor are approved for use in Division 2 and Zone 1 hazardous locations. The thermostat can be supplied at voltages of either 100-277 Vac 50/60 Hz, and has a double-pole switch rated at 16 A. The switch can be configured to provide a dry contact. and a wind shield.

The easy-to-program HWAT-ECO controller modulates the heating
cable in accordance with the specific requirements of your building.
It even monitors water heater temperatures to ensure that the
system is only used for temperature maintenance; not for heating the
